After imported cargo is unloaded and carried in a bonded storage area, import declaration is filed to customs office.
If imported cargo is subject to Food Sanitation ACT, Plant & Animal Quarantine, Act on Domestic Animal Infectious Diseases Control, and other regulations, the imported cargo must be cleared each regulation and the importer is necessary to prove the imported cargo is received permission and approval before customs clearance.
After the necessary examination of the cargo by the customs, import of the cargo is permitted

After export cargo is carried in a bonded storage area, export declaration is filed to customs office.
Exporters must confirm if their cargo is not restricted to export by Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, Basel Convention on the Control of Trans boundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal, and other regulations.
After the necessary examination of the cargo by the customs, export of the cargo is permitted and the cargo can be shipped.
